I’ve been drinking my coffee too fast.
I burned the roof of my mouth
and my tongue.
I don’t usually drink it black either.
Too bitter.

Yet,
this is might be
the best coffee I have ever had,
because every time my mug is empty

she comes back

and refills it.

And I get to spend just another small moment with her.
